“Excellent and Informative Tour”
Tour experience guided by Veronica was most informative and an amazing part of our trip in South Korea. The tour started with lunch at a Michelin rated restaurant, serving traditional Korean cuisine. The dishes were light and absolutely divine.
After lunch we headed to Bukchon Hanok village. Veronica introduced us to a sweet Korean pancake with syrup embedded in the pancake. We walked around the village where she also explained to us important landmarks in the village.
We then strolled over to a tea shop called Tea Therapy cafe. A menu was provide to us and recommended the type of tea suited for the individual. I ended purchasing three boxes of the Detox tea. Great purchase!
The tour ended at a Buddhist eatery and museum like place. The site explained the type of meals consumed by the monks and the preparation of fermented food for a long winter and year ahead.
I highly recommend this tour to solo travelers and families as well. Veronica exudes professionalism and extremely patient with me and my son. She is most informative about Korean history and culinary arts, past and modern day.

“Amazing Experience and Great Time!”
As I was taking a solo trip, I reached out to Veronica via email as I wanted to take both the Traditional Gourmet Tour and the Brew Master Tour. She offered to combine those two tours on the same day in a customized fashion.
I met her at the station and was guided through an amazing afternoon filled with delicious traditional Korean food and amazing alcohol tastings! Her expertise was wonderful and I really got to learn a lot along the way. Dinner was particularly mind blowing with the takju and yakju being almost a bit of a revelation. I would absolutely recommend to everyone, their siblings, and their parents. This was an absolute blast and I would definitely consider requesting Veronica’s services next time I’m in South Korea and looking for a great food experience! More than worth the price. Thanks again Veronica!

“An amazing day out!”
There is only one word for this food tour: perfect! Veronica was an amazing host who brought us to two 1-star restaurants with the most beautiful and delicious food that first time visitors to Seoul and South Korea like us would never have found without her help. In between she showed us around various traditional style houses and gave us a lot of interesting little facts about them and the old style of cooking. Veronica also was very helpful even beyond the food tour and help us with another special reservation and shared recipes with us. We can recommend this special food tour from the heart for everyone who appreciate good food!

“More than just a food tour”
This was such an amazing experience for anyone looking to taste some of the best local Korean food. Veronica does such a great job of explaining the traditional cuisines and also some of the rich culture and history of Korea. I was able to eat at many places I would not normally have. I highly recommend this activity at the beginning of your visit since it also gives you a chance to get acclimated to the city. Kudos to Veronica for offering such a unique experience!!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! We cannot thank enough to Veronica for becoming our host, our best friend in Seoul through these amazing tours! She was kind and flexible enough to combine this tour with the Traditional Brew Master tour for us as we had limited number of days in the city. If you want to feel and eat like a local, learn beyond what text books can teach about the Korean way of perceiving the world and enjoy the extensive Korean hospitality and warm-heartedness, Veronica’s tours is the best way to take you there!
