Veronica Tae-Ahn Kang

Veronica Kang graduated from Hotel School in Switzerland with a Master’s degree in Tourism. She has over 20 years experience in public relations and marketing for deluxe hotels and the food and beverage industry in Korea.
Veronica has developed and designed exclusive food tours to help local and foreign visitors immerse themselves in the culinary culture of Korea. Real Korean heritage is showcased through walking tours, paired with food experiences and cultural site visits.
Veronica currently teaches at the Culinary and Art Department of Sejong Cyber University, and writes for a variety of industry journals and online publishers. She also conducts educational programs and training sessions for industry professionals, including chefs, restauranteurs, and professors.
